The majority of our garments are made to order as part of our commitment to more sustainable fashion. Each piece is created exclusively for you, making it unique, eco-friendly, and cruelty-free.

Due to the made-to-order process, processing time is variable (3-7 business days). Once ready, shipping time may take an additional 3-10 business days, depending on the product's origin. We offer worldwide shipping storewide.

1. Global Shipping & Delivery Times

We are proud to offer Affordable SHIPPING on all orders, worldwide.

Delivery times are split into two phases: Processing and Transit.

Note on Fulfillment: The Total Estimated Delivery Time is the maximum time frame a customer should expect. We always strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

2. Fulfillment and Logistics

Our inventory is distributed across several fulfillment locations to ensure specialized handling for each product line. Your order may be shipped from our manufacturing supplier in Los Angeles, CA, or directly from one of our international trusted logistics centers.

• Order Processing: This is the time required to prepare, quality-check, and package your items before they are dispatched. This time frame varies depending on the product type as noted in the table above.

3. International Orders (Outside the US)

• Shipping Fees:  Shipping rates are provided globally.

• Customs and Duties (CRITICAL): The customer is solely responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, and fees applied by the destination country upon arrival. These charges are not included in your purchase price and are determined by the destination country's customs office.

• International Delays: Due to customs procedures and local postal service conditions, the final delivery time for international orders may reach up to 30 business days from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

4. Tracking, Returns, and Exceptions

• Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's status.

• Exceptions: Shipping times are estimates and may be adjusted due to external circumstances, such as holidays or unforeseen global events affecting our logistics network.
